Tai Chi Chuan, Pa Kua Chang, Qi Gong
Mon-Thurs 6-7pm, and on Sundays 11am-1pm adult oriented classes in Tai Chi Chuan, Pa Kua Chang, Qi Gong as well as family oriented classes in Chinese Kung Fu for those 13 years and up. (children under the age of 13 are considered if they pass a probationary period)
